Rosenxt is a forward-thinking technology group. Launched in 2023 by Hermann Rosen, the founder of the ROSEN Group, the company builds on decades of engineering excellence. The company explores and develops highly innovative products and services for customers in very challenging environments – such as the underwater and offshore sectors, water line infrastructure, and renewable energy.
The Rosenxt Group is a spin-off of the ROSEN Group. The companies have a shared history, but now operate independently on the market. Hermann Rosen, founder of ROSEN Group sells a majority stake in 2023. Hermann Rosen reinvests into the Company alongside Partners Group. The new ventures of the Rosen Group were bundled into a new company, the Rosenxt Group. The Rosenxt Group's mission is to further explore new, future-oriented business fields and develop them to market maturity and into success businesses.
Rosenxt is building its new Innovation Square for around 700 employees in Wietmarschen-Lohne, on the industrial estate near the A31 motorway. In addition to six workshop buildings, an office building, a canteen and a kindergarten are also being built on the approximately 110,000-square-metre site. This location will be the new home for Rosenxt from summer 2025.
Rosenxt doesn't just need developers and scientists. The products have to be manufactured and sold, the logistics have to run smoothly, and the new canteen and kindergarten also need dedicated colleagues. Rosenxt has around 500 employees worldwide. The largest location is Lingen, but Rosenxt employees also work throughout Germany in Bremen, Osnabrück, Stutensee, Frankenthal and Dresden, as well as internationally in the USA, the Netherlands, Canada and Vietnam, on innovations and technologies of the future.
