Umwelt- und Meerestechnik Kiel GmbH (K.U.M.). With this acquisition, Rosenxt strengthens its position in the growing subsea technology market and expands its portfolio with highly specialized solutions for deep-sea monitoring and data acquisition.
K.U.M. is globally recognized for its customized subsea monitoring systems, ocean-bottom seismometers, seabed instrument carriers, and other advanced deep-sea solutions. With more than 400 offshore expeditions and a broad customer base in science and industry across around 40 countries, the company is one of the most respected international specialists in subsea data acquisition and deep-sea instrumentation. Transaction details
The financial terms of the acquisition are not being disclosed. The transaction has been approved by the respective governing bodies and remains subject to customary closing conditions. The integration process will begin immediately. K.U.M. will continue its operations in Kiel in full, supported by the strategic guidance and expertise of the Rosenxt Group.
