Xelcor debuts at Wind Week Bremen

At Wind Week in Bremen, we introduced Xelcor – our newly named, PU-based foundation connection system – to the offshore wind community for the very first time.
Our conversations with developers, engineers, and manufacturers made one thing clear:

  • Optimization is no longer optional – it’s essential.
  • Turbines are growing, sites are moving further offshore, and supply chain challenges are becoming more complex.

That’s exactly why we built Xelcor:

  • A smart polyurethane slip-joint, designed also for submerged segmentation
  • Flexible positioning of the connection system - such as in segmented monopiles - enables shorter, lighter monopile sections
  • Proven in a 3XL monopile case study
  • Delivering technical feasibility, cost optimization, and supply chain benefits

Now, we’re looking for the right partners to take Xelcor offshore. Curious to see what it could mean for your next project? Let’s talk case examples – or set up a 1:1 test with us at xelcor@rosen-nxt.com
